Co-founder, Steven Llorens was skiing out of bounds at Lake Tahoe when both his bindings released and he was hurling down the mountain, between trees and rocks, in his ski boots. As a result of the injuries sustained from this fall he developed Plantar Fasciitis in his left foot which resulted in pain and swelling in the heel and arch area on the bottom of his foot.
He was advised by doctors to use orthotic insoles as part of his treatment plan to relieve pressure on his aching feet. But even with insoles, the pain persisted, especially when walking barefoot. Further, none of the orthotics he found could be worn with flip-flops, sandals or slippers.

My Thoughts:
I am always walking around barefoot when I am at home, even outside, although I know I shouldn't. Because of this my feet usually need a lot of extra care. I'd love to get pedicures all the time but they cost way too much for me to get them on a regular basis.

I got to review STRUTZ Sole Angel Socks and Soothing Foot Cream. I was a little confused on the socks at first but now I can see why they are made the way they are. They let your foot breathe while still moisturizing. They are very stretchy, my husband and I were both able to wear them. On the inside of the sock, near the heel, there is a rubber like lining. Which is what makes the socks special. The lining helps any foot cream you are using soak in and the socks stay cleaner.

Both products especially used together were great on my feet. They were very soft with out any heel "filing" after each use. I have only been using them for about 30 minutes at a time but I think I might start sleeping in them and see how much of affect that has.

My Thoughts:

I have always had a awful time falling asleep. It usually takes me about 30 minutes to an hour. The problem is my mind won't turn off, I think about everything while I am in bed. From thinking about I am I am doing the next day to worrying about bills and such.

I have always LOVED the sound of rain and thunder. My husband would always laugh at me when it would be raining at night because I would fall asleep within 30 seconds on those nights. So I was very excited when I received the Sound of Sleep systembecause one of the options was rainfall. I used it the first night and fell asleep within a few minutes.

There are a total of 10 sounds to choose from; waterfall, fireplace, ocean, meadow, train, city, rainfall, brook, mediation, and white noise. My favorites, besides rainfall, were ocean and meadow.

One of my favorite features was the Adaptive Sound feature. It's a button that you can turn off and on which automatically adapts to your environment. So the louder the background noise is the louder the sound machine will get to compensate. Also the timer feature is great so it doesn't have to be on all night. One downside I felt was the machine is a little on the big side so I have to put it under my nightstand but, I think the size is necessary for the sound quality.

I have been very happy with this machine and I am waking up much more rested.

My Thoughts:
You might have seen my other reviews for the Costume Discounters family, which have a few websites. This time around I reviewed the Grease Pink Ladies Rizzo Costume. I picked it because I loved the look of the dress and I've always wanted a pick ladies jacket.

The dress was comfortable and fit great. the way it was made it would fit a lot of different body shapes. The jacket was very cute but I do wish it would have been a little better quality because the collar didn't sit right.

My Thoughts:
My husband being the electronic crazy man he is of course HAD to have the new 3DS. Me being the blonde that I am thought you had to have 3D glasses to use it... Well imagine the look on his face when I asked "Where are the glasses?". It's those moments where he just stares at me and shakes his head in silence.

Super Monkey Ball 3D was the first game we got to play with the 3DS. It wasn't very had to get used to the controls because we had the last Monkey Ball games on the regular DS.

What a fun game! The colors and graphics are great. I loved all the levels. A must have game if you have the 3DS!

Surprise someone special with these incredible, mouthwatering creations!

My Thoughts:

I picked the Butterscotch Espresso Cake to review. A light, buttery three-layer yellow genoise cake, moistened with a hint of rum, has two luscious fillings – an intensive espresso layer and a delicious butterscotch cream. A butterscotch glaze adorns the top and is decorated with a chocolate spray embellished with tiny chocolate and butterscotch chips.

The cake tasted wonderful and was very easy to serve. I just put it in the freezer until we were ready to serve it. I took it out a few hours before and it was perfect. The taste was great, very light but rich at the same time. Everyone enjoyed it. The only thing was it wasn't very large, enough for about 4 people.

They carry so many different things, like Strawberries Covered in Chocolate. Great to send to anyone for any occasion.

My Thoughts:
I have been trying to eat a lot healthier in the past year so I love when I get the opportunity to review items that help me do just that.

Glenny's sent me a large sample pack to try of a bunch of their products. Here are an over view of some of them:

100 Calorie Brownie Bar - These are WONDERFUL! They are great for a dessert craving. I have had other diet brownie products before and didn't even want to finish them because of the taste. These taste just like the real thing if not better. I have them heated up a little in the microwave.

Fruit & Nut Bars - I wasn't a huge fan of these because I have never liked fruit and nut mixed bars but my husband loves them. He will eat one for breakfast every morning now. They are great when you are out of time to eat and need something fast.

Gluten Free Cookies -I know in the past year or so gluten free products have become very popular. I couldn't really get on the band wagon until a I started trying some products. I have to say I love these cookies! The oatmeal with chocolate chips is my favorite. They are so soft and moist. Plus only 55 calories a cookie!

Soy Crisps & Chips - These were another one of my favorites. They have tons of flavors and most of the bags only have about 100 calories. I didn't get to try the fries but I would love to!

My Thoughts:
I have reviewed a few of these shapewear body suits in the past but this is diffidently my favorite.

I picked the BIANCA BODY SUIT Medium Control to review. It was the easiest shapewear that I have tried to get on, only took a few minutes. Plus it stayed put all day without a lot of tugging and pulling. This one also made it very easy when I had to go to the little girls room, as others have made it quite an ordeal.

It fit perfectly right under my bra and even gave a little boost in that department, which never hurts :)

The best part of course is I felt a lot better in my clothes and thought I looked slimmer.

They have tons of styles to choose from, depending on what area of your body you would like to slim down.

In October 2007, I received the phone call from my mother that she had been diagnosed with Lung Cancer.
I was shocked, scared and panicked. The hardest part about hearing the news, was that she lived in New Brunswick Canada and I lived in Florida. More difficult still, I had just returned the day before from a trip visiting her. With two young children in school, I couldn't just turn around and go back.

Just six weeks later, I lost my mother.
During her final weeks she got lots of soup and other comforts from many of her 11 siblings and close friends. She never had the opportunity to try my soup.

However, in her honor, it is my goal to help others with sick loved ones. My Thoughts:
Provide Commerce has quite a wide range of stores to choose from. They are the parent company to, Proflowers, Redenvelope, & Cherry moon Farms just to name a few.

I picked the Snack Attack gift basket to review. It came very quick and it very cute packaging. The basket came in a nice bow. The basket was load full of snacks!

The McKee story began during the height of the Great Depression when young entrepreneur O.D. McKee began selling 5 cent snack cakes from the back of his car. He was just out of college and newly married, and he was eager to get into the baking business. Soon after, he and his wife, Ruth, bought a small, failing bakery, using the family car as collateral. Money was so tight they had to put up a sheet near the back of the bakery for the family's living quarters.

Despite years of great adversity, O.D. and Ruth's rare determination finally began to pay off in 1960 when they began selling the first family pack of baked goods, naming them after their granddaughter, Debbie. Around this time, the company finally began making a steady profit.

The bakery continued to grow but remained a family bakery. O.D. and Ruth’s sons, Ellsworth and Jack, eventually took leadership positions, and today Ellsworth and Jack's children hold leadership roles. They are beginning to introduce the 4th generation of the McKee family to the business.

McKee Foods stands as a living legacy of a young couple with a big dream. O.D. and Ruth shared a strong commitment to family values that remains our company's foundation today.

My Thoughts:
There was no way I could say no to the offer of receiving a case of Little Debbie Cloud Cakes! I was a little overwhelmed at first with so many boxes but safe to say my parents, in-laws, and co-workers couldn't be happier.

They are so moist and fluffy. They are great on the go because they are individually wrapped. I also made them as a dessert one night with some strawberries, it was great. I still had a lot left over and I read somewhere that you can freeze them, so I put about 12 of them in the freezer. They taste GREAT out of the freezer! Still soft enough to eat. These were a great treat for the whole family.

I have tried a few Mederma products in the past so I was excited to try more. This time I was asked to try the new Mederma Stretch Marks Therapy.

I had to wait a while to post this review since you normally see results in 4 -12 weeks. I wanted to wait the 12 weeks to give a full result review.

I got stretch marks on my inner thighs a few years back and also my on breasts about a year ago. The ones on my breasts were the ones that really took me back. Well I can truefully tell you I have noticed a huge difference. The stretch marks on my breasts were the first to fade. After the 12 weeks I can't see them at all now, I think they faded first because they were newer. The ones on my thighs are barely noticeable now

It is very easy to apply, just like a cream. I have been putting it on after I take a shower in the morning and at night before I get into bed.

I love when I get to review products like this that really are a life saver and boost your self confidence.

I think one of the most exciting baking shows on television is "Emeril Live." This show is hilarious and is hosted by Emeril. Emeril is one heck of a guy. This guy has a personality that is larger than life and is always trying to do anything to impress an audience. I love seeing all of the new sorts of recipes he comes up with on this show and bakes. He is such a talented chef and is so kind to share his talents with audiences.

His show is so much fun to watch on my Satalite TV. I love to see Emeril interact with his audience on this show. That is probably one of the best parts of this show. Emeril has such an intimate connection with audiences on this show, and he is always trying to bond with them. I have never seen a host so attached to his audience before. It seems like Emeril truly wants to be friends with his audience. His audience loves him too, and they are always cheering him on.

I love all the different types of foods Emeril bakes on this show. He cooks everything from Polish food to Italian food on this show. I love that he puts his own twist on even very traditional recipes. He always seems to take it up a notch and figures out ways to make awesome dishes!

My Thoughts:
I had tried some other "add water" refillable cleaning brands before but the downside to those was the refills were more expensive then normal cleaners. These refills are so reasonably priced at just $4.79 for a 2 pack!

They carry 4 different cleaners:

When I received them I was a little confused on the process of getting the refill in the bottle, others you just mix together. With the JAWS cleaners you insert the refill at the top of the bottle and then just screw the top back on and shake! That's i, no need to even remove the refill until the bottle is empty.

The Degreaser cleaner was my favorite. So great to the kitchen and stove. All 4 were great. I love trying (and loving) eco-friendly products.

My Thoughts:

Please welcome one of my new sponsors, Dali Decals! I got to try out a few more items then I usually do with reviews because I gave them free advertising. The best thing about their decals is you can remove them if you choose, no need to paint over them like some other decals. They are also VERY easy to install, even the really large ones are a breeze to install.

It was so hard to choose my favorite designs. They have so many to pick from and then you get to pick what color.

They just came out with a new product line - Modern Mosaics!
They are an easy and inexpensive way to replace or put in tile anywhere in the house. Plus they have a protective layer for extended durability and lasting color compared to the normal decals.

I ended up putting it up in own bath room behind the sink. It looks great and people can't tell its not real tile until they touch it. It has really brightened up he bathroom.

My Thoughts:
This is the most comfortable thing I have ever worn!! At first I thought it would be too hot to wear for more then a few minutes but I stayed in it the first time for a few hours and it was just right. it even has vents in the legs you can open if you get too hot. It was very light weight. They are even coming out with another in the spring that is even lighter.

Some of the other features I liked were,

Where your hands are you can either have that zipped or not.
The feet are covered in a tougher material for walking around outside.
Right under the neck area there is a pocket for an Ipod

It was also very easy to get in and out of.

This would be great for camping and a great gift for any outdoorsma.

If you are not aware of CSN Stores already, they carry everything from dog treats to dining room tables. Because of this it made it very difficult to choose something to review.

I ended up picking a Kitchen Comfort Indoor / Outdoor Rug by NoTrax. I have wanted a comfortable under the sink rug for a while now but they were all so expensive so this rug was the perfect price. I picked the red, they come in 7 different colors to match any decor. The mat makes standing at the kitchen sink so much better on my feet. My husband said he wishes the whole floor was made out of this stuff!

I also love CSN stores selection of furniture. I really want a day bed for our guest room and I found the perfect one, I love this Hillsdale daybed. Plus they have so many products with free shipping! At other online stores something this big would be $60+ just to ship.

My Thoughts:
I love fun products like this. Anything that makes shower time more fun is great. My husband and I have been having a lot of fun writing notes back and forth on the Aqua Notes pad. I have even been asking when he is going to take a shower. I love getting in the shower and finding something to laugh or smile at :)

This is also great for the shower thinkers! I usually do a LOT of thinking in the shower. I have been using the pads to write down what I need to do for the day.

At first I really didn't believe that they would be completely waterproof but they are! I have noticed if you continually get one paper wet the water will soak in but once it dries you can't even tell it was ever wet.

I seem to always need a USB drive, especially at work. If I do carry one around I seem to always lose it. That why I thought Memory on Hand is a great idea. Plus its fashionable!

When I don't want to wear it around my wrist I just wrap it around my key chain. They will store any of your digital files from papers and power points to songs and pictures.

My Thoughts:
There are not that many times where I would wear a costume personally so I wanted to picking something that I could wear to a nice party. They have a lot of outfits just for that. I picked the Fashion Flapper Adult Costume in black.

They have tons of flapper costumes and 1920s costumes. I love the fashion from that era and the dresses were so pretty.

The dress is made very nicely. The also came with a hair piece that was very cute. Only for $34.99! All their prices are very reasonable, I was surprised. I have looked at costumes at other places and the prices seem crazy for something you might only wear once or twice.

I almost picked these shoes because they are so cute! I might just have to pick them up because they would go great with the dress.

My Thoughts:
This was one of those shops where it was so hard to pick out something because there is so much to choose from! I finally picked out a Zippo Gift Set for my review. I got to personalize the lighter which was very easy to do. I don't smoke but I always like to have a lighter around the house. The set also came with a small Swiss army knife.

The lighter is top of the line quality.and the engraving looks great.

My Thoughts:
I love getting to review items that I have never heard or used before. This was one of those. Design Glassware offers glass nail files, earrings, compact mirrors along with some other things. Plus they are allmade with Swarovski crystals.

I got to review a Set of 3 Glass Nail Files with Swarovski -Waterfall Color, as shown here, for my review.

I had never used glass nail files before. It even sounded a little strange before I got to try them.

They work really well and don't hurt your nails when you are filing. They don't wear down like regular files, which is great.

Plus they are beautiful! The swarovski crystals add a great finishing touch.

They came in a lovey gift box, so they would make a great gift.

My Thoughts:

I have reviewed a few items from Skin MD before and I don't have enough good things to say about the products. This was another. I got to review the Skin MD Natural lotion this time.

This lotion went on very creamy and thick but it wasn't greasy feeling at all and absorbed in my skin nicely. I have never felt anything as nice on my skin before, it felt like silk on my skin. I have been mainly using it under my eyes and its been great for the fine lines.

My Thoughts:
Hair coverings are great for of course because you can easily change your style but they are also perfect for religious reasons and hair loss. Plus there are styles and colors for everyone. "So, this is the page about ME. For those that are really interested, I grew up in Southern California and I have never really left. Sure, I did the “Europe-in-a-Month” trip after High School, and I did study abroad in Spain for a semester, then after graduating from UCLA I moved to the beach...

I married my very best friend (which I highly recommend!) and we settled into our life together in the South Bay. After years in the apparel business, designing and manufacturing for major US brands, I decided to give it a crack at my own clothing line. Wow, is that overrated...let’s just say I was relieved to close that chapter of my life. It was just at that time that we found out I was pregnant with TWINS.

It is a very bizarre transition to go from working 12-hour days in a sewing factory to becoming a “stay-at-home” mother of TWO. A lot of the same chaos, but hours of “downtime” when the kids would nap and go to bed for the night. I came down with a terrible case of “cabin fever” and found myself searching the internet and exploring new career opportunities that I could do from home.

When my kids turned one, I started my first venture as the creator and co-producer of a children’s video in a series called, BABY TRAVELS. After over a year of development and production, there was still much to be done and I grossly overestimated what I could accomplish with twin two-year-olds! After two years without my income, I knew I had to figure out something QUICK, or I would have no choice but to return to the Apparel Industry (yikes!)

While on a tight budget, I began making note cards for friends, birthday gifts, new babies and hostess gifts…
My friend encouraged me to sell my designs at a “shopping party” at her home in June 2004 and the rest is history.

I want to thank my amazing family for all their love & support. My parents were both teachers on a fixed income and planned retirement, yet somehow they created THREE children with wild, entrepreneurial spirit (and no 401K...yikes!) My brother, (my “boss” in the apparel days!) is now a film producer, and my sister, (who also has twins!) designs the most incredible photo jewelry - www.tjandco.com

I know this is not an Award Show, but I do feel like this is an appropriate time to thank my husband as well. He is the most loving, generous, supportive & FUN human being I have ever known. He is a fantastic TWIN DAD and even enrolled in “Mommy & Me” when I was back at work after the babies were born. This new career of mine has me working very late nights and he takes over “tub time” each night and reads to the kids before bed so that I can put on a pot of coffee and let my creativity flow~

I am so lucky to have landed the role of “Mrs. Condren”.

We love words, love design, love typography, love color. We're a husband/wife team working out of our little home and love the flexibility and variety vinyl lettering, wall quotes and wall art add to any home's décor – even on a budget!

Belvedere Designs started as a dream. At first, it was all about the design. I memorized fonts and styles and I loved the flow of putting words in just the right order, just the right amount of space between, just the right emphasis on the key phrase to create a masterpiece. I didn’t have enough walls to accommodate all my thoughts, but I couldn’t resist.

I was becoming more and more proficient as a designer and loved to leaf through magazines and tear out pages, ogle over the colors in the paint aisle of our local hardware store, and transform our little two bedroom duplex into grand rooms full of style and charm and comfort (over and over again). And this is when it all exploded. I had the training, I had the eye and I had the drive. Thank heavens for husbands who are supportive (and who know much more about accounting and website design). We launched into it with gusto and just haven’t lost that enthusiasm.

What we especially love about our vinyl wall words is that it’s totally affordable. And for a young family on a strict budget, we know about affordable! Anyone can add the charm and elegance of these custom-made projects without paying an arm and a leg. We love knowing that our designs help real people like us relax and enjoy their living space – making each home a real refuge for the family who lives there.

To complement our vinyl wall quotes, we’ve added other projects we really believe in. We especially look forward to custom requests; in fact, this is how we began the family sticker and car decal division. We love our designs and are really proud of how far we’ve come. 100 Calorie Brownie Bar - These are WONDERFUL! They are great for a dessert craving. I have had other diet brownie products before and didn't even want to finish them because of the taste. These taste just like the real thing if not better. I have them heated up a little in the microwave.

Fruit & Nut Bars - I wasn't a huge fan of these because I have never liked fruit and nut mixed bars but my husband loves them. He will eat one for breakfast every morning now. They are great when you are out of time to eat and need something fast.

Soy Crisps & Chips - These were another one of my favorites. They have tons of flavors and most of the bags only have about 100 calories. I didn't get to try the fries but I would love to!

I was overly impressed with the products. They made it very easy to not fell deprived when it came to healthier eating. These will definitely stay on my shopping list.
