My Thoughts:

I picked the Butterscotch Espresso Cake to review. A light, buttery three-layer yellow genoise cake, moistened with a hint of rum, has two luscious fillings – an intensive espresso layer and a delicious butterscotch cream. A butterscotch glaze adorns the top and is decorated with a chocolate spray embellished with tiny chocolate and butterscotch chips.

The cake tasted wonderful and was very easy to serve. I just put it in the freezer until we were ready to serve it. I took it out a few hours before and it was perfect. The taste was great, very light but rich at the same time. Everyone enjoyed it. The only thing was it wasn't very large, enough for about 4 people.

They carry so many different things, like Strawberries Covered in Chocolate. Great to send to anyone for any occasion.
